Jean-Baptiste Combier’s fruit liqueurs are the beautiful culmination of a maceration process that lasts for up to four months, capturing the peak of fragrance for these delicious infusions. Following maceration and a slight press, and sugar to reduce alcohol content, the final product is as natural as the original fruits themselves.

CRÈME DE PAMPLEMOUSSE ROSE

Crème de Pamplemousse Rose is a blend of red grapefruit and neutral alcohol, the result of which is a light, refreshing flavor emblematic of the ripest of grapefruits. Combier Pamplemousse is best enjoyed in cocktails, combined with soda water or added to your favorite sparkling white wine.

CRÈME DE PÊCHE DE VIGNE

A blend of fresh peaches from the Loire Valley and neutral alcohol, the result of which is a flavor that perfectly mirrors the flesh and freshness of perfectly ripe peaches.

CRÈME DE CASSIS

A blend of blackcurrants from the Loire Valley with neutral alcohol, the result of which is a tart, subtly sweet, earthy liqueur bursting with fruit flavors.

A blend of blackcurrants, strawberries, raspberries, bilberries and blueberries from the Loire Valley with neutral alcohol, the result of which is a tart, subtly sweet, earthy liqueur bursting with fruit flavors.

CRÈME DE MÛRE

A blend of blackberries from the Loire Valley and neutral alcohol, the result of which is a rich and smooth liqueur exhibiting the same sweetness and tartiness of the fruits themselves.
